There is no contact form on this site. A form that sits in an inbox until somebody reads it is useless to a person standing outside their own front door, so here are three real channels and what each is good for.

Which one to use
Call
For anything urgent, and for anything you would rather explain than type. The fastest answer, at any hour.
For photographs and a location pin. In an urbanisation, a pin and a picture of the lock save more time than any address.
For written quotes, work on several properties, invoices and anything a manager or an insurer needs on paper. Not for emergencies.

Four short answers turn a ten-minute phone call into a two-minute one, and they are the difference between a van that finds you and a van circling an urbanisation.

Where you are
Urbanisation or district, block or nearest landmark, and whether the property is the ground floor or the unit up the outside stairs. A WhatsApp pin covers all of it.

Which door
Community gate, building entrance, your own front door, terrace slider, garage, or a vehicle. They are different jobs with different tools.

What the key is doing
Turning without effect, not entering, stopping halfway, snapped, or lost entirely. A photograph of the lock face answers most of this at once.

Who you are
Whether you are the owner, a tenant, a guest or a manager. It decides what proof will be asked for and who has to authorise the work.

A few practical notes
- The phone is answered at any hour, every day of the year. Email is not: it is read during working hours.
- Nothing is charged for a question. Being told over the phone what you are probably looking at is free, and sometimes the answer is that you do not need anybody.
- This is a mobile service. There is no shop to visit: the van comes to the door. The coverage page lists every area it covers.
- Identity is checked on every job. Have something to hand that connects you to the property or the vehicle.
